Yes! You will probably look back over it later, and see that SOME of it wasn't so bad!

When I was in the 80's...I spent most of my college years hating a LOT of the music: Madonna and her followers and anything that sounded like her, and a lot of those lame-o one-hit-wonder bands...but there was still some music I did enjoy...it wasn't until years later that I had an appreciation for 80's music...and SOME of that appreciation came when my 15-year-old began playing those songs in his band...and jamming out to them on his stereo! (If he listened to today's music on his stereo as loud as he does the 80's stuff....I am SURE my ears would BLEED!
